Susie Yang graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a master’s degree in teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages. She graduated in english education from Mianyang Normal University. She previously taught Mandarin at a primary school in New Zealand and has more than two years’ experience of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to children and adults.
Her education mission includes, but is not limited to, inspiring children to tap into their potential, respecting children’s unique characteristics and trying to help students become caring, adventurous and expressive.
In her spare time, Susie enjoys a wide range of activities which include hiking, jogging and travelling. She regularly visits art and humanities exhibitions, and is interested in drama. She offers drama as a co-curricular activity.
