In the recent June 2025 exam series, our students received a total of 242 A and A* grades.

Class of 2025 A level highlights: For the A-level students from class of 2025 (116 students):

• 48.8% of grades were A or A*, (UK 2024 – 28.3%)

• 196 A or A* grades were received, so 1.7 of the top grades per student, on average.

● 24 students achieved 3A or higher (see appendix) .

● 36 students achieved AAB or higher, the grade typically required by many leading Russel Group universities.

Subject highlights From class of 2025 students receiving A-Level grades:

• In Art, 47% A*, 80% A* or A (Edexcel worldwide June 2025 17.8% A*, 38.2% A/A*) .

• In Chemistry, 28% A*, 59% A* or A (CIE worldwide June 2024 – 13.8A*, 34.7 A/A*) .

• In Further maths, 23% A*, 42% A* or A  .

Class of 2026 AS level highlights: (A is the highest grade at AS level – there is no A*) For the A-level students from class of 2026 (104 students):

• 37% of grades were the top A grade

• 20 students achieved 3 A at the AS level or higher

• Biology 72% A, demonstrating the impact our commitment to the biological sciences through the genetic biology laboratory and iGem competition

• Further Maths 80% A

NKCS's fifth cohort of 136 graduates secured over a thousand offers (1,028) in the 2025 application cycle, alongside scholarships totalling ¥31.35 million.
