“The Expressive Arts Drama Department is excited and proud to announce that booking has opened for the annual Whole-School Musical Production, “Oliver!”directed by Edna Lerma, Andy Clark and Chalice Rakgoale with the support of dedicated assistant directors and student directors. The musical production will take place in the Main Auditorium on Wednesday, 24 May and Thursday, 25 May 2023 at 6:00 PM and includes students from Kindergarten through to Grade 11.

Consider yourself at home with Lionel Bart's classic musical based on the Charles Dickens novel, Oliver Twist. In this 90-minute production, The streets of Victorian England will be brought to life as Oliver, a malnourished orphan in a workhouse, becomes the neglected apprentice of an undertaker. Oliver escapes to London and finds acceptance amongst a group of petty thieves and pickpockets led by the elderly Fagin.
