As a mother herself, Jessica Boulton understands the importance of developing a strong and trusting relationship between both the parents and learners within the setting. Jessica qualified with a teaching degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She chose to major in mathematics and her dissertation was described as ‘inspired’ amongst professors within the university, achieving first class honors for her research and study in the area. Jessica’s career has been fast-paced over the last four years seeing her progress at a rapid rate, achieving head of department status at an independent high achieving UK school.
Jessica, along with her husband and children, is excited to be part of this exciting new project. Graded as an ‘outstanding’ practitioner in her most recent OFSTED inspection, she is enthusiastic and creative which will come in very useful for her co-curricular activity, glee club.
