Michael Booth has a bachelors degree in communications from Bridgewater State College and a masters degree in education from Cambridge College, both in the United States.
He has more than 17 years’ experience as a teacher, working in both private and public settings, including six years at a Montessori school in Massachusetts. He has been teaching in China for more than six years, including four at Eton House, an International Baccalaureate (IB) World school. He loves the opportunities he has had in China, in both teaching and leadership roles.
Michael is excited about the mission at Nanwai King’s College School Wuxi. He is committed to working with students, families and teachers to make sure that everyone has the best possible learning experience. It is his goal to contribute to the culture of the school, bringing his passion for the theatre arts to the stage. He believes that through engaging and rigorous teaching, students will thrive academically and socially, becoming open-minded, lifelong learners.
